Meet our instructors:

Anjali Kapur is a New York City–based dancer and choreographer with over 15 years of experience across diverse styles. She has performed for major artists like Karan Aujla and Diljit Dosanjh. She has been featured in projects with Sony Music India, New York Fashion Week, and more. Through her work, she hopes to inspire others to find joy and expression through movement.

Anjali’s foundational training is rooted in Bharatanatyam, which she studied for 10 years while also taking Bollywood classes. After moving to New York City, she broadened her training to include styles such as Street Jazz, Hip Hop, Kuthu, Kathak, and Bollywood Fusion.

Ananya Venkatesan has been a dancer based in New York City for the last two years, trained in various styles of dance. She is professionally trained in Bharathanatym, where she has performed in festivals and competitions in the United States and India. Ananya has also been involved in concept videos and worked with many dancers in the New York City area. She hopes to bring good vibes and just have fun while dancing with all of you!

Ananya has been professionally trained in Bharathanatym for the last two decades from her teacher in Massachusetts and in Chennai, India. She has also been doing Bollywood and Kuthu since a young age and has expanded to styles such as Street Jazz, Bollywood Fusion, and more once moving to NYC.

 

Tanya lives, works and dances in New York and is available to travel for dance-related engagements.
