Emma also shapes the next generation of young movers and thinkers as a professor at Sacred Heart University. There, she has taught heels, hip hop, street jazz, contemporary, musical theater and tap for the past several years. She has also taught several pop-up workshops at the esteemed Ivy League Yale University. She finds fulfillment in working with youth and empowering them to discover the power of their own voice.
Emma is a well-known and highly-sought after international dance instructor. In the past three years, she has taught in 17 different countries including across the continents of North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. She just hosted her signature sold-out Sensual Heeling retreat in Bali after hosting two back to back sold-out retreats in Costa Rica the previous year. Right now, Emma teaches weekly packed classes at well-known NYC studios Brickhouse and SassClass and guest teaches at Broadway Dance Center. Her main focus is to inspire movement expression for people of all levels and abilities through a focus on intuition, community-building, and unapologetic self-acceptance.

HeelsEmma Rosa, Cuban New Jersey native, is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher in various styles ranging from heels, hip hop and street jazz to contemporary, musical theater and tap. Emma was recently a backup dancer for popular Reggaeton artist Guaynaa where she served as dance captain for MTV Latin America's MIAW Awards. She has also performed live and in music video with other popular Latin artists including El Alfa, Sech, Farina, and Maldy. Emma’s live stage experience expands to performances with American music artists like Trey Songz, 50 Cent, Snoop Dogg, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Todrick Hall, and VH1 Love & Hip Hop’s Mariah Lynn as well as Tayla Parx’s international We Need To Talk tour where she was also dance captain. She has been a movement coach to emerging music artists including Kimbra, Leaf, Mia Gladstone, Remi Lewis, Imani Rey, and more.
Emma was a featured tap dancer and actress in Variety Life Production’s off-Broadway show Midsummer: A Shakespeareance and the Public Hotel’s sold out Carmen: To Havana and Back. She has been a member of Chloe Arnold's tap company Apartment 33, Maurice Chestnut’s tap company Dance Therapy, Theresa Stone’s contemporary fusion company AbstraKT BEINGS, and Shirlene Quigley’s heels crew Queendom.
As an influencer and brand ambassador, Emma was recently a dance athlete for Nike’s Own The Floor campaign as well as a dance model for Gap's Linen Moves Campaign and has worked in partnership with Live Nation Urban, Nass Shape, Bonafide USA, the Ink Factory and Cale Collective. She is a consistent partner for brands including
Burju Shoes and Gatakini.
Rahul Sharma has conducted workshops and served as a judge internationally, including in the UK and Italy, and has performed across South Africa, Kenya, Singapore, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Canada, Italy, and beyond—continuing to represent Kathak on global platforms.
Rooted in classical tradition, Rahul is a dedicated disciple of Guru Kumar Sharma of the Jaipur Gharana. For over a decade, he has trained under his guidance and has been a core member of the acclaimed Kathak fusion group Kathak Rockers, assisting Kumar Sharma as a choreographer.

SemiclassicalRahul Sharma is an accomplished Kathak artist, choreographer, and performer, known for his dynamic classical and fusion work across stage, screen, and international platforms.
He has built a diverse professional career as a performer and choreographer, working across major Indian reality television shows including Super Dancer Chapter 3, Dance Ka High Fever, and India’s Dancing Superstar. As a performer, he has appeared on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, I Can Do That, and was a Top 6 finalist in the Chak Dhoom Dhoom team challenge.
Rahul has performed on several prestigious cultural stages such as Gudi Sambaralu Temple Festival, Bali Jatra Festival, Vishakha Utsav, ASIANET Film Awards, and the Canada Diwali Festival, and has represented Kathak at the national level, earning multiple awards for his contributions to Indian dance.
He has also contributed to prominent Bollywood productions, assisting Vaibhavi Merchant for Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Chinni Prakash for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, and worked as a choreographer for the short film Ghunghroo.
Beyond performance, Rahul is the Founder and Creative Director of Team Krishnamayi, a dance performance collective presenting classical-rooted and fusion choreography at cultural festivals, weddings, stage productions, and workshops. Through this initiative, he actively mentors dancers and develops collaborative works that bridge tradition with contemporary expression.
